Stamped-bent parts

Busbars for battery and battery management systems made of copper or aluminum materials can be manufactured as required using the following processes:

•  stamped busbars
   Very cost-effective production with stamping and bending technology in progressive bonding for mass   production; various cross-sections possible

• (upright) bent busbars
   maximum material efficiency with constant cross-sections; versions with and without insulation layer 

• Busbars with press-fit elements 
  Insertion of threaded pins and bolts or connection elements in the stamping process or in the production line 

• flexible busbars (multilayer)
   Available as welded packs or punched packs in straight and curved form
