Materials
We manufacture high-precision springs with selected material qualities, on the basis of many years of collaboration with established wire and spring strip producers.
Selection of the appropriate material enables the implementation of multiplex spring applications in a range of different environments.
Some of the materials we use:
- Spring steel wire in accordance with DIN EN 10270-1
- Oil-tempered spring steel wire in accordance with DIN EN 10270-2
- Stainless spring steel wire in accordance with DIN EN 10270-3 such as 1.4310, 1.4568, 1.4401
- Wire made of copper alloys
- Wire made of temperature-resistant materials
- Special materials such as precious metals, CrAL, tantalum etc.
